Welcome to MyPanda ("App"), operated by the developer ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the App Does

MyPanda helps parents and caregivers log baby activities (such as feeding, sleep, diaper, pumping, and weight), manage reminders, and share logs with invited family members.

2. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Family Sharing

If you create or join a family group, your baby logs and related data may be visible to members of that family group.

4. Not Medical Advice

MyPanda is for informational and organizational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful activity.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us permission to store and process it to operate and improve the App.

7. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security reasons, or legal compliance.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
